Joel and his team delivered from day 1. There is a real feeling that they treat our property as though it was their own. When we partnered with Strategic Stays we were looking for someone who: Listened to what we wanted out of the partnership; Was professional, and demonstrated professionalism in the way they worked with both us and our guests; Paid attention to the market and implemented strategies to improve both occupancy and ultimately the return on our investment; and Was flexible and accommodated our needs in relation to the property as well. Historically our strongest monthly occupancy was 66%, however since joining Strategic Stays our occupancy is averaging over 80%. This improved occupancy means we are realising a much stronger return on our investment property. The final piece of the puzzle for us is the guest experience.
